Inside the Homeworthy Founders’ New York Penthouse

Macey Elisabeth Photography

When Michael and I first walked into this empty white-box apartment on New York’s Upper East Side, we had no idea how much heart—and imagination—it would take to turn it into a place that truly felt like home.

One year later, every corner tells part of our story: a sunlit living room where our kids sprawl out with their books and crayons, a kitchen made for hosting casual dinner parties with friends, a cozy little den packed with personality, peaceful bedrooms, and even Michael’s dream project come to life—a private rooftop greenhouse transformed into a living room in the Manhattan sky.

We’ve linked all of our favorite pieces below so you can shop the exact items we used throughout our home. I hope this tour inspires you to create spaces that feel warm, personal, and deeply lived-in.

Enjoy the episode, and happy decorating!
