A 240 Year-Old Church Transformed in Upstate New York

Cristiana, with a background in historic preservation and a passion for old homes, had always dreamed of living in a church. In 2022, she and Nick made that dream a reality by purchasing a 1782 church that had been vacant for years. Together, they’ve transformed this 3,600-square-foot space into their home, all while dealing with challenges like mold removal and the absence of central AC.
