A Chef’s Provence-Inspired Home In New York
French-Canadian chef and influencer Chloé Crane-Leroux welcomes us into her French-inspired apartment in New York City.
Chloé has created a serene, layered retreat that feels as though it’s been transported straight from Provence - with its graceful paned windows, built-in shelving, and ornate sliding doors. Her home is filled with antiques and well-loved books collected during her frequent visits to the French countryside, giving each room a sense of history and quiet charm.
Her kitchen, the heart of the home, provides the perfect backdrop for the many vegan recipes she shares with her 1.5 million followers and for her work as a published cookbook author.
