A Collection-Filled Home Layered in Pattern & Art

Step inside the eclectic, art-filled home of interior designer and artist Jennifer Miller in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Her California home is a hub for creativity, featuring her own art and other meaningful pieces in each room, plus a bright studio where her nature-inspired art comes to life. She created her textile and home goods company, Miller House, that celebrates the natural world.

After moving from Chicago to Los Angeles for a more creative lifestyle, Jenny found this 1920s Spanish-style gem with original tile and details that serve as the backdrop to Jenny’s collections of art, ceramics, and textiles throughout her home.

From serene, wallpapered bedrooms to a cozy living room made for gathering, her soulful home is a true retreat for herself and for the friends and family she welcomes inside.

"The thing that gives the home soul is the people that live in it,” Jenny said. “It's the gatherings that happen. It's the moments of celebration. It's the moments of dealing with grief. It's just simply breathing in a space.”

Jenny’s home celebrates creativity and the joy that comes from living among the things you love.
