A Traditional Williamsburg Home with Coastal Flair

We’re stepping inside the warm and inviting Williamsburg, Virginia, home of content creator Jill Crowe.

After multiple moves for her husband’s Coast Guard career, Jill and her family planted roots in historic Williamsburg following his retirement. They renovated their 1970s home to add their traditional-meets-coastal style with a gut-renovated kitchen, a well-used scullery, scenic wallpapers, and DIY projects like a wine bar and built-in dining room buffet. Unlike in past homes that were renovated with resale in mind, Jill embraced bolder design choices that reflect her grandmillennial style and family's needs.

In 2021, Jill began sharing their home renovation journey and decor finds on social media. Her account quickly grew and eventually inspired her to launch Jillien Harbor, a pillow company she now runs with her husband, to fill a niche for affordable yet beautiful pillow covers.
