Young Collectors Night 2025: A Celebration of Art, Philanthropy, and Style

The Winter Show’s highly anticipated Young Collectors Night returned on January 30th at the historic Park Avenue Armory, bringing together over 800 notable guests for an evening of art, culture, charitable giving, and tête-à-têtes. As one of the most vibrant social events of New York’s art season since 1954, the show benefits East Side House Settlement – a nonprofit organization serving over 15,000 residents in the Bronx and northern Manhattan.

This year’s event honored Adam Charlap Hyman, an acclaimed interior designer, and Adam Eli, a writer and activist known for his work in LGBTQ+ advocacy. The duo was recognized for their contributions to the arts and philanthropy, underscoring the event’s commitment to fostering a new generation of socially engaged collectors and creatives. Margaret Kenworthy, from the Homeworthy team, was among the guests browsing the prolific collections.

Exceptional art, jewelry, and antiques were on display.

The theme for the evening, “Blue Grotto,” transported guests to the stunning seaside landscapes of Capri. Attendees embraced the “Grotto Formal” dress code, making for a dazzling display of fashion amid the show’s carefully curated selection of fine art, antiques, and design pieces. Music by Oscar Nñ, co-founder of Papi Juice, set the lively tone for catch ups and perusing over hors d’oeuvres and bubbly.

Young Collectors Night was co-chaired by a distinguished committee, including Joshua Barba-Hill, Kevin Barba-Hill, Laura Doyle, Sam Dangremond, and others from the realms of design, art, and philanthropy. The event attracted a star-studded guest list, with notable attendees such as fashion designer Wes Gordon, artist Chloe Wise, filmmaker Julio Torres, and designer Stuart Vevers, among many others.
