Homeworthy is looking for an associate producer to join our team!

Homeworthy is a dynamic media network that celebrates the art of interior design by showcasing beautifully decorated homes and the creative minds behind them from around the world. Our media brand is committed to bringing captivating stories and inspiring content to our audience, highlighting the fascinating people who design and shape stunning living spaces.

Position: Associate Producer

Location: Remote (with occasional meetings in NYC)

Role Overview: As an Associate Producer at Homeworthy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our media production team. Each week, you will be responsible for helping to book new homes that Homeworthy can feature, coordinating the production crews, and managing the post-production review process with our editors for our daily video output. This is a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to contribute to our exciting projects from the comfort of your own space. We are seeking a passionate and organized individual with strong writing and communication skills, someone who is enthusiastic about the world of interior design and media production.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Booking Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews with interior designers, architects, and other creative professionals featured on Homeworthy.
  • Production Coordination: Assist in coordinating production crews, ensuring smooth collaboration for video and photo shoots.
  • Production: Conducting interviews, using your editorial skills to work with editors to shape the episodes
  • Drafting Interview Questions: Develop thoughtful and engaging interview questions that bring out the unique stories and perspectives of our featured designers.
  • Email Correspondence: Reach out to leaders in the interior design world to secure interviews and collaborations, maintaining professional and effective communication.
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging social media posts to promote our content and engage with our audience across various platforms.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to Homeworthy.com by writing e-commerce articles that align with our brand and showcase the latest trends and products in interior design.
  • E-commerce: Help create shopping guides

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient in task management.
  • Passionate about production and interior design.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of the e-commerce space.
