A Floral Designer’s Dream Garden Party in New Jersey

Today, we're back in New Jersey visiting the ever-beautiful home of Vida Cornelious. You may remember her from her Homeworthy home tour, but this time, we're stepping into the garden. Vida, a floral designer and advertising specialist, is opening up her backyard for her very first garden party.

She's been planning this celebration for weeks, gathering everything from flowers to food to bring her vision to life.

And, of course, no great event goes off without a hitch. The night before the party, a major storm threw a wrench into Vida’s plans.

With guests arriving in just a few hours, Vida is racing to finish the flowers, set the table, and put out a Parisian-inspired lunch.

Soon, the backyard is full, and it’s time for the main event: a floral class where each guest will create her own French-inspired flower hat box.
