Inside a Renovated Dallas Home with Whimsy Flair

Interior Designer Mary Beth Wagner takes us inside her darling home in Dallas, Texas.

When Mary Beth saw her home for the very first time, she found it to be rather unassuming and plain. However, she fell completely in love with its location and, in an effort to breathe new life into the space, embarked on a comprehensive renovation project that stripped the house down to its studs. To infuse the home with a more transitional design aesthetic, she removed the imposing crown moldings and introduced whimsical, organic wallpapers, contemporary artwork, a color palette rich in pastels, as well as some of her favorite pieces that have followed her from home to home.
