With a bold red sofa her husband initially worried looked like "a grandmother's sofa" until it found its perfect balance, a modern acrylic center table, a treasured baby grand piano, a Persian rug moved specifically to fit the space, a secret built-in China closet behind an unassuming door, and portraits of her three children and their horses lining the walls — this room proves that even the most traditional spaces can feel warm, curated, and truly lived in.
