Samantha’s NYC Apartment Inspired by A Book of Her Childhood Home
Today, we're stepping inside the Tribeca apartment of Samantha Braucht, a designer and content creator who has masterfully blended French modern elegance with toddler life in her New York City apartment.
This pre-war apartment started as a sterile white box but has been transformed into a whimsical home inspired by her childhood in a Victorian house filled with French mirrors and antiques. From building Ikea cabinets into custom credenzas to creating her daughter Eloise's pink Eloise at the Plaza bathroom with hand-drawn wall art and peel-and-stick tile, Samantha does all the handy work in the home—drilling, sawing, and sourcing treasures from Facebook Marketplace.
Throughout the tour, we explore how she's turned their living room into a playroom without sacrificing style, incorporated clever storage solutions for small-space living, and created a home where French elegance meets toddler reality. This is a home where everything has been crafted with taste and a little creativity.
