We’re in St. Louis, Missouri, visiting the charming home of project manager and content creator JR Wider.

JR and his husband, John, stumbled upon their 1920s farmhouse during a spontaneous visit to an open house after lunch and instantly fell in love. Since then, they’ve filled their space with character and history, collecting meaningful secondhand treasures from estate sales and antique markets.

JR started sharing home cooking videos on social media over two years ago at the suggestion of his husband. It’s grown into a passion project where he can connect with others through his love for food and entertaining.
