Scarlett and her husband first spotted their Cape Cod–style home by chance while driving through the Tennessee neighborhood. When it later came on the market, they knew it was meant to be for their growing family.

Over the last 18 years, Scarlett reimagined the 1980s house into a welcoming family sanctuary. Blending elegance with comfort, she’s created collected spaces that are layered, timeless, and filled with personal meaning. Plus, a large yard features Scarlett's beloved garden and plenty of room for outdoor entertaining.
