A Cozy English Home Built Around Sustainable Design

Today we’re stepping inside the Tunbridge Wells home of Jules Haines, founder of the Haines Collection — a platform dedicated to rescuing and reusing surplus textiles from the interiors industry.

After years working in interior design, Jules became increasingly aware of how much beautiful material goes to waste. What began as a small side project — collecting offcuts and remnants from designers and makers — eventually grew into the Haines Collection, a thriving business built around sustainability, creativity, and resourcefulness. Her home reflects that same philosophy.

Thoughtful, colorful, and filled with textiles and pieces that tell a story, it’s a space that celebrates design while embracing a more mindful approach to interiors. Join us as Jules welcomes us inside and shares how sustainability, family life, and a love of beautiful materials have shaped the home she’s created.
