Today we’re touring the studio apartment of Matilde Cascella. Moving to New York, she had a laundry list of items she wanted out of an apartment.

Knowing it wouldn’t be easy, she was thrilled when she found her dream unit in Greenwich village. When starting the design process, she was intentional about creating designated spaces in the studio so that it wouldn’t feel crammed.

She infused the home with an eclectic collection of Facebook marketplace finds, auction wins, and custom pieces that transform the rental into a lived in, cozy home.
