An Artist’s Mexico City Home with Dreamy Tile and Eclectic Style
Designer and artist Stellah De Ville welcomes us inside her beautiful Mexico City home that she's lovingly renovated.
Once an office space for a film production company, the historic home was in a state of disrepair when Stellah first laid eyes on it. What followed was a labor of love: restoring cracked stucco, installing essential utilities, and transforming the barebones structure into a soulful sanctuary and creative hub.
Step inside to discover an artfully curated space that embraces the perfectly imperfect. Stellah’s aesthetic is eclectic and a little unconventional—think midcentury modern furniture, lush tropical greenery, and jaw-dropping original tilework at every turn. Each room tells a story, layered with vintage finds, handmade ceramics, and pieces from her own collection. With her effortless blend of old and new, high and low, Stellah has created a home that feels both lived-in and luminous—a true reflection of her bold, ever-evolving creative spirit. Enjoy!
