A Birmingham Dutch Colonial with Pattern & Personality
We visited the charming Dutch Colonial home of Birmingham-based interior designer Mark Kennamer, nestled in the historic Forest Park neighborhood.
Over eight years, Mark transformed a blank white canvas into a richly layered, traditionally-inspired haven filled with gorgeous wallpapers, antique finds, and cherished heirlooms. His home, shared with his husband and their sweet pets, is now a true haven for respite and also for entertaining friends and family.
Each collected space is woven together with his signature love of blue and green, classic fabrics, and Southern warmth.
