The 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse is a 21st-century adaptation of the traditional stone cottages found in the Cotswolds and on today's episode we'll show you some of these jaw-dropping rooms and transformations.

All of the interior architecture and specifications for this year's home were designed by SOURCE, who crafted every detail—from marble and plaster finishes to barrel-vaulted ceilings—into a story of timeless elegance reimagined.

Proceeds from this year’s month-long designer showhouse will benefit Hope Heals, an Atlanta-based nonprofit.
