Laetitia bought this stunning waterfront property with a dream of building a home that could truly fit the needs of her family of five. With a passion for entertaining, she designed an effortless indoor-outdoor flow perfect for hosting large gatherings. The home features a beautiful pool, a spacious outdoor entertaining area, and a garden where she teaches her kids about where their food comes from.

Originally from Paris, Laetitia moved to the U.S. after completing her master’s degree, bringing with her a deep love for fashion and cooking. Thoughtfully designed with family life in mind, she used high-performance fabrics throughout the home to keep things both beautiful and practical. Enjoy!
