Inside a Designer’s Cozy Montana Home Where Eclectic Interiors Meet the Mountains

Interior designer and founder of Phase 4 Design Group Brooke Sabia takes us inside her mountain modern home in Big Sky, Montana, a place she and her family never expected to call their own. After discovering Big Sky on a family ski trip in 2019, Brooke and her husband quickly fell in love with the landscape and knew they wanted to make it part of their lives.

Set against sweeping views of Lone Peak, the home was purchased as a vacant lot with architectural plans already in place, allowing the family to add their own personal touches before construction began. Inside, a palette of organic materials, deep textures, and layered finishes brings warmth to the contemporary architecture, while dramatic expanses of glass keep the surrounding Montana landscape at the center of the design.
