  • What’s the catch?

    There’s no catch at all! Homeworthy was built with the homeowner in mind first and foremost. We believe that the traditional 6% fee structure is not only outdated, but completely unfair to homeowners.

  • Will a real agent represent me?

    Absolutely. Homeworthy is licensed and insured in the state of Washington as a real estate broker. Homeworthy is made up of a team of licensed Homeworthy Advisors to assist you with every step of the home selling process.

  • Is there a minimum commission needed to qualify for 1%?

    We never charge minimum commissions at Homeworthy. Our fee is a low 1% whether you have a $750,000 home, or a $75,000 home.

  • Where will my home be advertised for sale?

    Each home listed with Homeworthy is listed and advertised on the top sites that homebuyers are shopping online. This includes platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Instagram, Homes.com and many more.

  • If Homeworthy isn't on the MLS, where will my listing appear?

    The data is out, and it shows 90 percent of home buyers start their home search online. So that's where we start selling your home, not the MLS. We use algorithms to target potential home buyers directly based on geography, income, life stage, and many more to increase the reach of your home listing and to help sell your home faster.

  • How are you different from services like Redfin?

    Redfin advertises a low fee to homeowners, however it carries a fair amount of fine print. This fine print inlcudes that you have to live in certain high home value neighborhoods to qualify, and do not allow you to sell directly to home buyers without charging additional fees. When you chose Homeworthy, we provide our service to homeowners from Spokane to Seattle and anywhere in-between for a low 1% fee, and allow you to sell direct to homebuyer without any additional fees.
